Babe is on TV. That film is so cute. You could die from being that cute! Cutiness overload! But I'm watching it and writing my very first journal entry because I'm hell bored! Big Heavy Stuff is playing tonight and I would have liked to go but oh well… I’ll see them next time! I still have Rage to keep me entertained.

Tonight is also the night of Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. I’ve never been in the past but it’s always been a huge deal and looked like extravagant fun! And so glamorous – all those glittered up gals… and guys… and in betweens :) The New Orleans Mardi Gras was also this week. Now that's something to experience! Grant Horne used to live there but he doesn’t think it’s so special. He’s cool though… I wonder if he’s cute :) Jeb introduced us to him. Jeb is cute!

See this cookie… I'm going to gobble it up in a minute… mwahahah. Look at it, sitting in all it’s chocolate richness – 40% choc chips!!! – unaware of it’s fate. Yummmm! I love chocolate. I love cookies. I am the Cookieeeee Queeeeeeeeeen, hear me CRUNCH!!!!!

Speaking of chocolate… I'm reading “Chocolate” by Joanne Harris. Actually, I'm nearing the last couple of chapters. I cant express what an absolute pain this novel is to read! The actual storyline is not too bad, it has potential to be a great descriptive work- but the writer is just so shallow. She doesn’t explore the issues within the book as they deserve to be; the characters seem like they are only half drawn up; and the grammar! Argh… hellooo… how about an editor, darling? Despite all this, I'm determined to read it all through and I wouldn’t mind seeing the film adaptation either. It actually looks better than the book! Which is really rare and shows how crap the book is…

I'm really excited about this super joint webpage journal thing that we’ve got going on. Its gonna be so GREAT!!! So super :) I’ve wanted to start a log for some time now, but if you know me, you’ll know I'm lazy and it takes a million years for me to get something done. Unless it’s something I love to do, motivation is hard to find. Thank god for Vic- she did the hard work for the page and she’s a star! We need to get this page promoted or something though… I suggest we get Nicky C on the job! Hehe…  

Last night I saw Almost Famous with my super cousin, Deena. This film has so much character! One of the best films I’ve seen in a long while and anyone who loves music, unique personalities, and the funky seventies as much as myself- I recommend you get your butts over to the cinema NOW! I loved every minute of it. Not just because it was fun, but especially because it dealt with issues that a rookie journalist experiences while playing like a real life rock adventure. It was such a twisted reality… I came out of the cinema chanting “I am the Golden Godddd” hehe… Billy Crudup is a cutie. And Kate Hudson was so great as the lead Band Aid. Yep, I’m buying that video baby!

I just checked my mobile and it’s a total retard. I’ve missed a call and it wont let me return it! Don’t we just love Optus… why mobile, why do you treat me this way? I’m nice!

I’m listening to Parachutes by Coldplay.  I adore this album, I would marry it if it was a boy. I wish I could bottle its brilliance… then I’d pour it over anyone who claimed that Coldplay wouldn’t be around in two months… :)

I think I shall stop the rambling now…
