8.44pm

I am SO happy that Tina Arena has finally done something about that shocking hair she was wearing a few months ago. Honestly, she looked like a cross between Cleopatra and an Ovaltine. I'm guessing someone pointed this out to her because her hair looks way better.

I like hair :)

Speaking of hair, I was talking to one of my past lecturers a few days ago about an assignment. He was going on and on explaining things to me, but something wasn't quite right... I couldn't work out what was bugging me and I just kept staring at him oddly. Until I was having lunch with a friend later that day.

We were sitting outside the cafe` facing the street and I spotted two older men walking down. I continued chatting with my friend as they came closer and closer to the shop... and then suddenly I realised! One of them was my lecturer! But he had HAIR! And he didn't last semester! My lecturer has had a hair transplant! I'm sorry, but I find this a little disturbing...

I think I've figured out how the western suburbs of Sydney can be classified. See, normally you have a broad classification of the different areas within Sydney... but the western suburbs are a whole world on their own.

<setback> Panthers smantherrrrs! I'm addicted to blackjack :/
<superjen> Oh my God, you fool!
<setback> Better than being addicted to pokies, at least I can win on blackjack
<superjen> You're baddd. You know what, I can see your future.
<setback> Mm go on. Share :/
<superjen> You're gonna turn into a western suburbs, middle class, pokie addict
<setback> ...and leave the kids in the car?
<superjen> Exactly
<setback> Can I handle middle class? How about low to mid
<superjen> Lets say working class
<setback> I dont wanna work I wanna pokie
<superjen> That way (according to stats) you'll never move out of the suburbs. You gotta work for 20 years though, then get fired cause of your addiction.
<setback> Do inner city suburbs count as the suburbs? Cause that's where I wanna go..
<superjen> You cant go there...
<setback> Whyyy I went to uni!? I wanna get out ya know!  Uni gives me the right to expect everything to be given to me.
<superjen> You're a western suburbs yob that's why!
<superjen> Ok I'll let you move a little further...
<setback> Fairfield? Cause from here, Fairfield really is up in the world
<superjen> No u wont fit in at Fairfield you have to be ethnic!

So there it is. You have your gambling-addicted working class derros residing in Campbellton and Penrith. Your ethnic minorities assimilated into a couple of suburbs- mainly Fairfield and Cabramatta. And then there's Parramatta, which I like to refer to as the 'upper class' of the western suburbs. It has a really huge shopping centre.

Hmm... I have a theory about supermodels. I think they only become supermodels so that when they enter their real careers, they can be known as past-supermodels and attract double the amount of attention!

For example, I was watching Telly and Tara Moss - who occasionally panels for the worst show in the world, "Beauty And The Beast" - came on to promote her latest book:

Presenter: Please welcome ex-supermodel Tara Moss!

*crowd cheers...a lot*

Presenter: Now Tara, you're actually a writer...

Tara: Oh! But I was a SUPERMODEL!

*crowd cheers some more...*

So the label of supermodel is actually her whole promotion! What a scam! I think we should ALL become supermodels... we're guaranteed success!

supermodel lovin',

Jen,

xxx
