My main veg. garden is approx. 15 ft. wide and 60 ft. long.  In it I grow Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, Zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, and various salad greens.

As well as corn, carrots, and radishes.  The smaller area to the right is reserved for my rutgers tomatoes and pumpkins.  This is in early spring just after planting.

Here are two views of my herb garden. The one on the left, looking toward the pergola, is at the edge where there are two wildflower beds.  On the right, looking away from the pergola, is where all the herbs are grown.  Besides all of the more common herbs some of the unusual herbs I grow are Shiso, Lovage, Sorrel and Borage. You can see the rhubarb and chives blooming near the center of the photo.

Here on the left is the herb garden in summer. On the right is the basil bed where I have green and purple ruffles, spicy globe, lemon and cinnamon and green bouquet basils.

The woodland garden is at the back of the property. The first view is looking to the back and the other is looking back to the house.  We like to sit back here and enjoy the peace and quiet after a hard days work.  Next to the water garden this is my favorite.

I grow many shade plants in the woodland garden. on the left are a few rhododendrons On the right is one of my favorites, a rubrum lily.

My favorite flowers in the woodland area are the true natives.  Here are photos of Jack-In-the-Pulpit on the left, and Ladies Slipper on the right.

Among the many flowers in the woodland garden are impatiens.  along with hostas, astilebe, ferns, and many others...

This is my perennial border in the front yard.  From the street to the house it is about 75 ft. long.  From the spring tulips and violets to the fall tansy and yarrow, there is always something blooming here.

This little flower bed starts out with hyacinths in the spring, giving way to the tulips.  In the summer is is filled with impatiens and coleus (the cradle as well).
