Looking Outwards
We are about 10 km from the coast.
We can see Smoky Cape and at night there is the light from the
lighthouse. It seems to have a 13/2 second period. To the west
there are the low hills that eventually become the Great Dividing
Range. At the Pacific Highway end of the lane there is a water
tower. The other end of the lane is a dead end and Clybucca Creek
can be seen from all sides of our house. Yarrahapinni Mountain
is to the north and we can just see the peak with its communication
towers. Next door to the west is my property with its rented house,
the big shed, Sheraton
Shelley and my gardens.
