Unlike the frogs, cicadas are very noisy critters. The bush is alive with the sound of cicadas all day long, all summer long.

Chickens are very noisy, cheeping at the slightest provocation. They have a general cheep & a range of other alarmist noises.

Ducklings normally don't make a lot of noise. They are too busy changing moisture to mud so that they can play in it.
