Sydney came alive with big screens
and live entertainment in 6 city venues, including Martin Place.
After dark, the Sydney Opera
House had a light show and lasers filled the sky from the city
skyline.
The blimp said G'day from the
sky..........
Sydney Tower had Olympic sculptures....
Waratahs bloomed in the Botanic
Gardens 
and were featured in the athletes'
posies.......
There were Olympic rings everywhere......
Sydney Harbour Bridge....
Olympic Stadium and all of the
venues.
