ENON LIONESS NO-HIT REID 1 BY A SCORE OF 16-0............
The Enon Lioness played perhaps their finest game of the year as they blanked Reid 1 by a score of 16-0 in a game played at Reid Middle School. Amy K. pitched 4 innings of no-hit ball to run her record for the year to 7-0. Hillary S. finished off the no hitter by stiking out two of the three batters she faced to close out the game. The win improves the Enon Lioness record for the year to 8-1.

Some of the game highlights were:
OFFENSE: Kelli H. led the charge with four hits, including two homeruns and she also scored 3 runs. Stacie C. also contributed two hits including a long triple and Kricki K. was on base all four times for the Lioness.
DEFENSE: The Lioness played another solid defensive game. Kricki K. made several nice plays at shortstop and Kelli H. made a sweet scoop at 1st base of a low throw as she managed to cradle the ball into her glove while on her side.
PITCHING: Amy K. pitched a no hitter over 4 innings as she smoked the Reid 1 team time and again with her overpowering pitching. Amy K. struck out 4 and did not allow a hit or a walk. Amy K. improved her record for the year to 7-0. Hillary S. finished out the no-hitter in impressive fashion by getting the Reid 1 team out in order in the last inning as she struck out the last two batters of the game to complete the no-hitter.
