This cradle belongs to the Plymouth, Mass. Historical Society. It was Peregrine White's cradle.

William White, the father of Peregrine and Resolved White, came over on the Mayflower and landed at Plymouth, Mass. on December 22, 1620. This stone is located at Long Plain Cemetery, Acushnet, Mass. On it is written:
"William White died May 3, 1835 ae 78 years. He was son of William White, of John White, of John White, of Samuel White, of Resolved White of William White who came over in the Mayflower and landed at Plymouth Dec. 22, 1620."
