Permitted Tack - The only martingales permitted are standing or running, only one of which may be used. A standing martingale may only be attached to the cavesson part of the noseband, fitted above the bit. Running martingales must have stops fitted on the reins. Properly made tongue guards, which are detached from the reins and bit, are permitted.
