The fact that we are in the field since 1978 till today, and that we have worked with some of our major clients for more than ten years, clearly indicates the utility of our services. From our experience of more than 2 decades, we have found that the consultancy yields best results when the training programmes follow in a sequence over a period rather than randomly or irregularly, without a plan . We
are glad to have helped our clients in reducing conflicts, reducing rejection
rates on final assembly lines, initiating a Quality Movement and developing an
open, communicative and mutually respectful organizational culture. Innovations
as well as supportive action for innovative effort have also been reported.
Individually, people report better problem solving, greater emotional balance
and happier family relationships. People report quite specific instances of
changes in behaviour initiated by our training. It is clearly brought out that
those who reported positive behavioural change, had put in the required effort.
Our training programmes bring clarity, indicate options and prepare them for
whatever choices they make. Methodology There are no antiseptic intellectual exercises in which present company stands excluded. In fact, the focus of attention during our training programme is the unique situation one is in and everyone is interested in changing it, without looking for an excuse for escape. The course methodology therefore, takes care of different learning strategies people may have as they participate and go through the experience of training. We are inclined to use simulations and real life events rather than case studies or audio-visuals. Though we do not exclude them, they are primarily used as tools for clarifying the actual real life problems. |
