This is driving on top of the hill in Houghton, the property on the left is mine that is for sale, great view when you can see !!!  It is still real cold here should get down to -13 tonight. I took a drive this morning, paid my overdue property taxes, ouch!!.  There is no such thing as owning land anymore, why should I have to pay taxes on undeveloped land, no water, no sewer and they were the ones that put the road there not me but that is life in America as we know it. Enough of that rant as there is nothing I can do about it anyway so it is "for sale". I want to go back to living on a boat, the life is much simpler and way more fun. I sure do miss Florida this time of the year !!!!
