as you all know, yesterday was a horrific day for many if not all of us. i'm sure we were all suprised to hear that one of the most well known buildings had been destroyed. we feared for our nation, our friends, our families, and the victims of this outrageous action. i personally thank God for protecting my aunt who saw it from her apartment only blocks away and her friend who escaped the second tower by running down over 100 floors. i pray that God watch over and protect us all from any further harm. i pray that He give strength to everyone, especially the family and friends of victims. and, i pray for the attackers. they may need the most prayers. feel free to comment on the situation...i will post your thoughts if you would like. e-mail either me or any of the adults. God bless you all, and take care. remember, despite any tragedy, God IS here for you. july.18.2001 well, on saturday we returned from the romero center in camden, n.j.. all i can say, as mr.o puts it, wow. the week in camden was an eye opener. for more information and stuff on the trip, check out the romero project link. |
