Elizabeth, in a rush she came
Sunday night around 10.30 PM Roshani started to feel rather bad in her stomach. We had just came back home from Primart and our chicken dinner and had also told the Sithma and Nethmi this would be the last day just four of us together. We talked a bit and agreed to wait and see. The pain did not go away, and by 11.30 we went to a doctor. He check quickly and told us to admit Roshani right away. By 12.30 we had come home and got our two kids into the card and headed for Seeduwa. Kids grand parents stood there ready and we dropped them off in Seeduwa and off we went to Colombo and Ninewells hospital.
It took us over an hour to get there since several of the roads were closed and the trip took much longer than usual. So we came to the hospital around 2.30. By 3.30 the doctor told us the delivery was imminent. 4.07 our beautiful Elizabeth was in this world. The whole thing went very fast.
We came home yesterday, 24.September and all are fine. Roshani is fine, little Elizabeth is well too. The big sisters, Nethmi and Sithma enjoy this too.
