Purpose

Purpose implies this page exists meaningfully, so it may be a bit strong. This page is here as an outlet to display my POS's, err, "project cars" to whomever wants to see them. It also gives me something to mess with when I am bored. I created this web page in the spring of 1997 out of curiosity, initially using an HTML editor. I quickly began to use and simple HTML (first using Geocities Advanced HTML editor, now I use Notepad and upload them) instead of WYSIWYG editors, and continue to do so to this day. I have built this site to be easy to navigate and fast loading by using a simple and consistent format with few graphics. I have never been one to like fancy web sites anyway, and content-based pages are more useful anyway. This page has gone through several revisions, from a very basic and inconsistent format to frames to what it is now. Hopefully I got it right this time. Since all I know is HTML, this page is as basic as it gets so it should work in any browser. In fact, it works great with a text-only browser.

All images are either owned/created by me or are cited, or taken from background/gif libraries. All text, of course, is my own 'work.'

DISCLAIMER: Although I can't think of anywhere on these pages where I specifically give instructions, as a precaution I am adding this disclaimer: any advice or recommendations given by me on this site are based on my observations and my observations only. I am not a mechanic (I'm worse than a mechanic, I'm an ENGINEER! heh). While I do know a little about cars, certainly more than the "average" person these days, compared to a lot of people I don't know squat. Don't get into anything over your head. Buy and use a good shop manual whenever attempting repairs on your car. It's not my fault of you goof up (I pity the person who turns to me for automotive advice anyway). In addition, just because a site is linked from mine does not mean I endorse that site. I've got quite a few off-site links; some stink and some are great. Hopefully you can find some useful.
