This tells you how many people are in the server. The 1st number is the number of people, the 2nd is the number of people allowed.

This tells your how many files the server is currently sending. The 1st number is the number of sends, the 2nd number is the number of sends allowed.
In this example : 2 files sending out of a maximum of 1 allowed.
This means that the server isnt allowing anymore sends, you may still be able to queue a file though.
Queues: 3/3
This tells you how many files are in queue. The 1st number is tells how many files are in queue, the 2nd tells how many queues are allowed.

Since there is no sends or queue slots left in the server, it can be considered as being full, and not worth the time to check out for now. Perhaps later...
