To go in the channel, you need to register your nick

If your wondering why :

- 1st of all, no more spam! weve grown a lot lately, and the spamming has
been mad. Spammers dont have the time to register a nick (99% of em), so
you wont get any spam from being in the channel

- also, no more floods from bots

How to register and join the channel

- Registering (yes, this is free)
Ok this will take 30 seconds of work and about 5 minutes of patience

1. Get a nick you like (/nick newnick)
2. Find a password for it (write it down)
3. on dalnet, type /msg nickserv@services.dal.net register password email
- you need a real email
4. wait a few minutes for dalnet to send you a email
5. follow the instructions in the email (it involves pasting a /msg in your mirc)
6. When you get a message from nickserv like 'successfully registered',
Congrats you now have a registered nickname!

- Joining
1. Be sure to have the nick you registered
2. Type /msg nickserv@services.dal.net identify password
(replace password with the password... you did write it down right?)
3. When you get 'password accepted', you can now join the channel

Notes
- If you type a nickserv command and you dont get a reply in the status window,
nickserv may be lagged or down, so your gonna have to be patient
- You need to identify to your nick every time you connect on dalnet
- theres a feature on [sv]script (and most scripts) that will auto- identify
you to nickserv
