Christmas with
the Swamp Fox Modelers Club

The Mid-Carolina Swamp Fox Club held their first annual Christmas Gift Exchange. This event was held on their special Club Meeting night (accommodating the Christmas week). After the Club president covered old and new business and each member presented their latest modeling efforts, the gift exchange began. |

The event went well. Each member’s name was put into a box for random selection. The first name drawn then selected any of the accumulated gifts on the table. Upon opening that gift, the next member selected then could either take the opened gift or open a new one. Needless to say, Christmas spirit was put to the test and each member closely eyed each other’s gift selections. |

The event concluded with minimal damage and all members happy with what Santa had brought them. Some very nice gifts were found under the club tree this year. The event went so well, it may become an annual event for the club. |
