Before You Left Your Room This Morning

Before you left your room this morning,

Did you think to stop and pray?

And did you ask the Lord above to guide... you

As you live to face another day?

And give you strength to face the tests and trials,

That you will see before the day is gone...

Did you ask God to fill you with His spirit

To know that you wont face the day alone?

Did you thank him for the grace he's given,

And for his Son he sent to set us free.

For all the world our Savior chose to suffer,

And on the cross he died...for you and me.

So before you leave your room tomorrow...

will you please take the time...to stop and pray.

With a humble heart and willing spirit,

Will you ask our Lord to have his way!
