The artwork for September Pikestaff, 2006

Well, there is nothing like waiting till the last possible second! But the cover for Pikestaff is done and sent to Shannon Gallowglass... Woot!

What a team effort! My sister came up with the idea for the map, Lucan found the map, Lady Caoilfhionn, my little shutter bug, took the great picture of Lucan and I. (Trust me when I say that , that part was a challenge all on its own! I almost always hate how I look in photos, but this one I liked! It just hails to the superb photography talents of Lady Caoilfhionn!)

And then I took all the bits and worked some magic in Photo Shop. .. See, my college education at RISD, (Rhode Island School of Design), comes in handy after all! And Tah Dah... One Coronation issue cover completed with a big "DONE" stamp on my to-do list! Yeah Team!

On another note, I can tell that the polls have gone out. The reason being that that I have already gotten polling responses.  (In my home email!) I guess all those new email address that Lucan created for me, (one for each poll, that we included with each poll's mailing), isn't catching on for everyone. Oh well, hopefully enough people will notice and send it to the correct email address. It will make for easier sorting and tallies.

Well, that's it for the moment. Oh wait! One more thing! In the weekly meeting last night, Brennan announced that he will have it set up so that I can still *blog* from the war! How fun is that?!? I don't know if I'll be able to include photos, but I can still give a bird's eyes view of what's happening for all those who can't go! That is just outstanding!

Thank goodness I am surrounded by people who are much smarter then I am. They all take turns to make me look good! Wahoo!!!
