These are pictures from our return trip to
Hoosier Hill on October 17th, 2000

On our 2nd trip to Hoosier Hill, the weather was warmer, and the skies were clearer. Here, you can see the bench where you can take a load off after scaling the vertical cliffs of Hoosier Hill. Here is a view of the highpoint area from the woods. This is the ladder that allows you access up and over the fence that surrounds the farm. Here is a close-up of the highpoint sign indicating the elevation.
Here's a close-up of the ladder that allows access onto the privately-owned highpoint. Here is a view of Elliot Road from the highpoint. Here are the rocks that mark the highpoint. We never saw them on our first trip due to the snow, and the fact that the sign wasn't there. In fact, Scott may have actually "desecrated" these rocks in January.
