Robbie and Sammi Scott Courses April and May 2008.

(29/04/08) The course focused on WKF competition techniques and was very useful for all who attended. After a full warm up, Robbie and Sammi began to demonstrate various punching techniques. The techniques focused on kumite competition winning punches, and included various tactics to ensure ippon!

Yoshitaka's Second Kumite Course - Report.

(17/05/08) Last night saw the second kumite course with Robbie and Sammi Scott. The lesson focused on kicking techniques for competition, using kicks for self defence (which involved kicking, kick shields!) and getting out of grabs and bear hugs.
