| Apple Cake | OVEN Preheat oven to 350° COOK TIME 45 to 50 minutes PAN Greased 9x13 inch glass pan Ingredients:DRY INGREDIENTS2 Cups sugar 2 Cups flour 1 stick butter softened 1 Tsp. baking powder 1 Tsp. baking soda OTHER INGREDIENTS 2 Tsp. vanilla 3/4 Tsp. salt 2 eggs beaten 4 cups diced apples Confectioners sugar for garnish |
Recipe:Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in softened butter, eggs, apples and vanilla. Pack into greased pan and bake as directed. Dust with powdered sugar. |
