WR/CB Calvin Lowry (6-1,
180, 4.4, Fayetteville-Bryd, NC) has committed to Penn State. Lowry
is widely considered as one of the top 5-10 rising senior prospects
in North Carolina and was drawing major attention from the likes of
ECU, NC, NCSU. Lowry led the state as a sophomore with 11
interceptions and followed that up with a junior campaign that
earned him All-Mid-South 4-A Conference honors at both wide receiver
and defensive back. He caught 43 passes for 768 yards and eight
touchdowns on offense, while making 10 interceptions on defense as a
junior.
