Carrot Cake					12 to 15 servings

	2	cup flour
	2	cup sugar
	1	teaspoon baking power
	1	teaspoon baking soda
	1	teaspoon ground cinnamon
	3	cup finely shredded carrot
	1	cup cooking oil
	4	eggs
	   1/2	cup raisin

	In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking power, baking soda, and
	cinnamon.  Add carrot, oil, eggs, and raisin.  Beat with a electric
	mixer til combined.  Pour into greased and floured baking pan.  Bake
	at 350 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or til toothpick inserted near the
	center comes out clean.  Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
