Chicken a la King 1/2 cup butter 1-4oz mushrooms 1/3 cup flour 1 3/4 cup milk 1 cup chicken broth 2 cup cubed cooked chicken 1/4 cup chopped pimiento In a saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add milk and chicken broth all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Add canned mushrooms. Stir in chicken and pimiento. Heat thoroughly.
