German Chocolate Cheesecake

	1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
	   1/2 cup sugar
	   1/2 cup butter
	3       (8 ounce) package cream cheese
	1       (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
	2       (4 ounce) package sweet cooking chocolate
	3        eggs
	1        vanilla extract

	Preheat oven to 350.  Combine crumbs, sugar and butter;
	press firmly on bottom of pan.  In large mixer bowl, beat
	cheese until fluffy.  Gradually beat in sweetened condensed
	milk until smooth.  Add remaining ingredients; mix well.  Pour
	into pan.  Bake 20 minutes or until center is set.  Cool.

Coconut Pecan Topping			makes 2 3/4 cups

	1       (14 ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk
	2       egg yolks
	   1/2 cup butter
	1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
	1       cup pecans
	1       teaspoon vanilla

	In heavy sauce pan, combine sweetened condensed milk
	and egg yolks; mix well.  Add butter.  Over medium heat
	cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes.
	Remove from heat; stir in flaked coconut, pecans, and 
	vanilla.  Cool 10 minutes.
