Layered Friut Cheese cake

	1	bread crumb crust
	2	8oz cream cheese, softened
	2	eggs
	   3/4	cup sugar
	1	8oz crushed pineapple, drained
	1	16oz whole berry cranberry sauce, divided usage

	Preheat oven to 350.  In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs and
	sugar on high speed of electric mixer until well blended.  Stir in pineapple;
	pour half of mixture into crust.  Spoon 1 cup cranberry sauce over cream 
	cheese mixture in crust; top with remaining cream cheese mixture.  Reserve
	and chill remaining cranberry sauce for garnish.  Bake 40 to 45 minutes or 
	until edge is light golden brown; cool completely on wire rack.  Refrigerate
	until chilled, at least 4 hours or overnight.  Garnish with reserved cranberry
	sauce.
