Italian Salisbury Steak

	1	lb ground beef
	  1/4	cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
	  1/4	cup water
	1	egg, slightly beaten
	  1/2	teaspoon salt
	  1/4	teaspoon pepper
	  1/4	cup italian dressing
	2	cup thinly sliced onions
	1	cup thinly sliced mushrooms
	1	8oz tomato sauce
	  1/2	dried basil

	Preheat oven to 350.  In a medium bowl, combine ground
	beef, breadcrumbs, water, egg, salt and pepper.  Shape
	into four patties.  Place in a 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish.
	Set aside.  In a medium skillet, heat italian dressing.  Saute
	onions and mushrooms in dressing over medium heat for
	5 minutes, until tender, stirring occosionally.  Stir in tomato
	sauce and basil.  Spoon tomato mixture over patties.  Bake
	30 minutes.
