Lemon Coconut Bar makes 30 bars 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 3/4 cup butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking power 1/2 lemon juice from concentrate 3/4 cup flaked coconut In medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, baking power and lemon juice. Pour over crust, top with coconut. Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
