Meat Loaf					 serve 8
	
	1 can Cream of  Mushroom soup
	1 pouch Onion soup mix
	2 lb. ground beef	
	1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
	1 egg
	1/4 cup water
	Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, onion soup, 
	ground beef, bread crumbs and egg.  In 2 qt. oblong
	baking dish, firmly shape into 8 x 4 loaf.  Bake at 350
	1 1/4 hour or until done.  Spoon off fat; reserve 1 to
	2 tbsp drippings.  In 1 qt. saucepan, combine remaining
	mushroom soup, water and drippings.  Over low heat
	heat through, stirring occasionally.
