Holiday Orange Nut Bread

	1 1/2 	cup sugar
	1	cup butter
	4	eggs
	1	cup sour cream
	   1/2	cup orange juice
	2	tbsp grated orange peel
	3 1/2	cup flour
	1 1/2	tsp baking power
	1	tsp baking soda
	2	cup chopped nuts

	Heat oven to 350.  Grease bottom only of two 9x5 loaf
	pan.  Set aside.  Combine sugar and 1 cup butter in large
	mixer bowl.  Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often,
	until creamy (1-2 minutes).  Add eggs;continue beating until
	well mixed (1 minute).  Add sour cream, orange juice and
	peel; continue beating until well mixed (1-2 minutes).  Add
	flour, baking power and baking soda; reduce speed to low.
	Beat until well mixed (1-2 minutes).  Gently stir in nuts by
	hand.  Divide batter evenly among prepared pans.  Bake
	45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes
	out clean.  Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pans.

Orange Marmalate Butter

	   1/2	cup butter
	1	tbsp powder sugar
	3	tbsp orange marmalade

	Combine 1/2 cup butter, powder sugar and marmalade
	in small mixer bowl.  Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl
	often, until creamy (1-2 minute).  Cover, refrigerate until
	serving time.
