Orange Cheese Cake

	1 1/2	cup vanilla wafer crumbs
	   1/4	cup butter
	3 8oz	cream cheese
	1 14oz	sweetened condensed milk
	   1/4	cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
	3	eggs
	1	teaspoon grated orange rind
		fresh orange sections

	Preheat oven to 350.  Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom
	of 9-inch springform pan.  In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
	Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.  Add juice
	concentrate, eggs and rind, mix well.  Pour into prepared pan.  Bake 
	55 to 60 minutes or until center is set.  Cool.  Top with orange sections
	the orange glaze.  Chill

Orange Glaze					1/2 cup
	
	In small saucepan combine 1/4 cup sugar and 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch;
	add 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/3 teaspoon grated orange rind.  Over 
	medium heat, cook and stir until thickened.  Remove from heat, cool.				10-12 servings
