A)  Yes, during normal Showroom hours.

Q)  Do Scandinavia Service System always have to accompany the client?

A)  No. You must make an appointment for the client ahead of time in order for ProSource to be ready for their visit.

Q)  Can samples be taken from the Showroom to check for color, style, etc.?

A)  Yes, for up to 48 hours.

Q)  How are claims handled?

A)  ProSource handles all claims quickly and fairly. Since each claim is different, the only set rule is that Members and their clients be satisfied.

Q)  Does ProSource install?

A) No. ProSource does not contract out or provide direct installation or measuring services. We can refer you to a resource list of installers that we maintain on file.

Q) Where can I find reputable installers?

A) ProSource does make available a list of independent installers in the area. They are recommended by ProSource Members and their clients who were satisfied with the work performed. ProSource also receives the names of trained and certified installers from other flooring associations.

Q) What do installers charge?

A) All installers are independent resources who set their own  prices. Generally, prices are quoted based on square yards. They can also vary by type of flooring and any other services provided.

Q) Is there an installation guarantee?

A) Yes. The installation is guaranteed by the installer themselves. The industry standard is a one-year warranty. During that time, the installer should repair any problem that is related to installation. Make sure to ask the installer about their specific workmanship guarantees. Also, get the installer's full address and company information should you need to contact them at a later date.

Q)  Must I use an installer on the ProSource list?

A) Not at all. There are numerous professional flooring installers located in your area. You might know of a good installer who is not on this list. Feel free to use your own installers. And by all means, please pass their name along to us so we can add them to our list.
