Clarisse has had a major influence on Montags life.  When Clarisse first met Montag, he thought her to be a strange but kind person.  She asked him questions that made him confused about his life and he started to think if he was really happy with himslef and his career.  Everything that he had ever done he was starting to question.  He realized that he had wasted his life on doing what society wanted him to do instead of living his own life.  Montag's whole perspective changed after meeting Clarisse and I think it changed him for the better.
