Healing

Having good health means that one is in the state of being well, is strong and
able to resist any kind of disease, and is free from any illness. It's a balanced
condition of the body and the mind.

Each and every one of us has experienced failures and has displayed faults. We
are all familiar with the hard feelings of being defeated and of losing someone we
loved or something we had. We were all exposed to emotional misery and/or
physical travails, at least once in our lives.

Every human bears the power of healing within himself. We need no search
beyond ourselves and it is certainly not beyond our potential to achieve.

Healing is the most basic characteristic, informing all creatures on earth.
Look at nature, where spontaneous healing means survival, continuation of
the species and the avoidance of annihilation.

Nature is a great healer! Let nature work for you!

Have faith, do not lose hope, and do not try to freeze the moment or stop your
mental or physical movement, for your wounds will soon be healed over and the
scars will disappear. Time is a great healer. This is one of nature's basic laws.

Don't sit idle! You should start doing this now, sans delay:
Dip into that rainy-day fund that you've put aside and treat yourself to a superb
experience of dinner and wine and follow that with good things, such as:
Meditating, listening to music, reading, dancing by candlelight, walking on the
beach, singing, praying, crying, watching a comedy, meeting someone you love,
having a "sexual dessert," chatting with your Mom, hugging your furry puppet or
                         telling jokes to your parrot.

It is well known that happiness fortifies the immunization system. Life is too short
to waste on misery and suffering. Do whatever makes you feel good! Smile - it is
free. Be active and vivid, let yourself feel the life and feel alive: You are qualified
and capable of doing so! You were born to live life to its fullest!

Unfortunately, not everyone remembers to trust her native instincts to put herself
together again, overcome, and get her both feet back on the ground.
Here in the Healer enters the picture and does his part. The Healer reminds the
individual about the things he has forgotten; awakes his dormant senses; and
refreshes his blurred instincts. This he accomplishes with a smile; a touch; a
snuggle; a cuddle; an embrace, in short, by a caring, loving approach, and by
integrating skills he was born with and subsequently developed, along with
knowledge he has acquired during his life.

A good Healer will guide the individual through the individual's path of life, help
him to stand on his own feet, and enable him free choice, without creating any
kind of dependence on the Healer. They should both be aware that the individual's
fundamental obligation is to try to do his best to be healed. A "true" Healer will
never claim that he healed the individual, for the individual heals himself.

I wish you and your loved ones prosperity, longevity and a meaningful, quality life!

I have said my piece for now.

                         Humbly yours,

                         Debbie
