Faith




Faith is something unseen but yet we know it is there
Faith is the source that keeps us going
It's like the breeze and the fresh air
If we'd all have faith we'd gain a special kind of strength
God would help us daily if we'd learn to just repent
Although he loves us inspite of all the wrong that we do
He wants us to turn to him in prayer and make the wrong anew
The love that he has for us is one so very divine
If we have but faith we'd realize he's not only kind
But he proceeds to do miracles in our lives each and every day
Just take a few moments and look around and pray
When we ask the Lord to help us in our daily life
Believe with all your heart that he'll help you day or night
What is faith if we don't believe he'll give
It is useless unless we believe and learn to love and live
Although he doesn't always give the answer right away
Just know that the Lord hears you when you kneel down to pray
The things that he gives us is always for our own good
It may not always be clear to you but in time it should
Just be patient dear friend and have faith in God
Because he will never leave you, he'll help you to be strong.
