Father In Heaven




There are so many trials in one anothers life
We can learn and grow from them
And know that God is nice
He never gives anything that we don't need
All it takes is getting on our knees
To ask him dear father as we pray
Help us to make it through each day
The faith that we have on which we depend
Will help us make it up till the end
Never give up hope for tomorrow is new
The day dawn is breaking and his love shines through
Father in Heaven we should love him so
He does so much for us always and never withholds
The blessings we so deserve
Always come without reserve
If we but have faith in one from up above
God in his great mercy will show us all his love
He created us so we could come here
Giving us parents who are kind and dear
Father in Heaven we can't repay
For the loving Jesus he sent our way
So that we could be forgiven for our sins
That we may one day return back to him
One day soon the end will come
The loving Savior will ask us what we've done
While here on earth through good and bad
I hope and pray that he'll be glad
With the things we've done throughout our life
Being a good person who sacrificed
Rearing our children through all our days
Teaching of the Savior and all of his ways
When we're on the judgment seat
The day will come when all will meet
To answer for all the things we've done
hoping and praying we'll be called the chosen one
All that we get at the end
Will come to us from a loving friend
Jesus our Savior he loves us so
What we get at the end is what we sowed
While here on earth if we did our best
Father in Heaven will give us the rest
His Great Kingdom we can't comprehend
Will be eternal without any end
So Dear brothers and sisters too
Lets do our best always
And God will see us through
The rewards at the end will be so great
We shall meet him one day at the pearly gates.
