HEAVENLY LOVE




I've searched all my life
For someone to love me
To find the happiness I so deserve
To share my life, my love without reserve
As the days go by
I never forget the Lord
For he's been good to me
More than I can express in words
The love he has given me
My health my strength
For wonderful children
For all that he sent
For shelter, for clothes
And a whole lot more
For his wonderful Blessings
That were out poured
He has given us so much more
Then we will ever know
For the raindrops, the ocean
The things we adore
His blessings, his love
For Jesus his son
There's so much to be thankful for
For his love and for our life
For baby Jesus who sacrificed
So we could return to God one day
For Eternity with him to stay
Oh how lovely that day will be
Just because there was one
who loved both you and me.
