I said a prayer for you
And know God must have heard
He didn't have to speak to me
Not even a single word
His spirit touched my life
And revealed to me his love
For you and many others
His love from up above
I said a prayer for you
And asked the Lord God
To touch your life
To bless you with happiness
Friends and all that's nice
I said a prayer for you
And knew God must have heard
Because he touched my heart
With his ever lasting love.
