I Want To See You Happy




If you think you're life has been so very sad
I could turn that all around and make feel oh so glad
All because you have that gentle touch the one of which I love so much
I want to see you happy I want to make your day so bright
Then I'll hold you in my dreams and hug you very tight
Then as you awake in the early morn' and the day is fresh and new
I'll take away the sadness and turn around the blues
Soon your day will turn from pain because of me
I want to see you happy and as happy as can be
So as your life goes on each and every day
I will always be here for you in my heart you'll always stay
I will turn the darkness into light and make you smile once again
You'll be so happy like no other you'll always be my special friend
I can't tell you how much you mean to me
But I know for sure our friendship will never end
