Loved One




There's a loved one so far away
In my heart from day to day
The love the joy we often feel
Wishing we could be so ever near
Our lives have been touched
No matter the miles
Often wondered through the smiles
If we'd be together one day soon
Walking on the beach under the moon
There's a loved one so far away
In my thoughts from day to day
This loved one means so very much
It makes us stay together
And always keep in touch
Often times we've thought about
When we'd find happiness again
Being with someone special
Till our life ends
Although we are all alone now
There is so much that we have known
That one day soon the day will come
When we'd be happy all alone
Because our hearts together
Will always beat as one
Full of love for the whole world to see
This loved one means so much to me
Words couldn't tell you how I love him so
He'll always be in my heart
And I'll never let him go.
