Mango Bread Recipe
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup white sugar
Mix all the above ingredients then add the following:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs beaten slightly
Then add 2 cups of mashed mangoes. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch pan for 60 minutes. This
recipe can also be made with bananas to make banana bread or cranberry jellied to make cranberry
bread.
