Thanksgiving is a time of year
To gather round family and friends
Thanking the Lord for our blessings
For health and strength he sends
Thanksgiving is the time of year
To give thanks for all the things we share
With loved ones and friends
And for those who show they care
Thanksgiving is a time of year
To be Thankful for husbands and wives
For the love and joy they give
And For the many times they sacrificed
This is the time to be Thankful
For every thing great and small
For all the things we enjoy in life
Comes from the Lord to all.
