Howie put down her suitcase to open the door. “ Welcome to mi casa.” Howie said adorably. Melissa smiled at how cute and sweet he was, but at the same time she still couldn’t keep her eyes off of his body, he was so handsome, a naturally gorgeous man. “ I still can’t believe how much we have in common.” Howie said as he set her suitcase down in the hallway. He was amazed at how “right” each moment felt with her. She felt the same connection. Before that limo ride, she was still nervous and excited, but something about Howie made her feel relaxed. They had a wonderful conversation about everything, their childhood, their home life, and the their goals for the future. She told him about her plans to move to Orlando and teach in the fall, the smile on his face told her he was happy about it. He had found it hard to have a normal conversation with women he met mostly because they were only interested in two things, money and sex, but with Melissa, it felt different. She had goals and dreams of her own, and this was important to him. “I’ll be right back, please, make yourself at home. We have a beautiful view of the ocean.” Howie said as he walked into his brother’s room to set down her bags and mostly check himself out to make sure he was still looking good for her. “Ok, you look good, now don’t mess this up D” he said to himself. She wandered slowly into his condo, still in awe that she had even step foot into it. The evening air was cool on her face as she stepped outside onto the porch overlooking the ocean, lapping against the sand below. “ It finally looks like destiny is looking out for me…” she thought to herself. “ Oh this view is so breathtaking.” She said aloud. “So is this one…” she heard Howie say as his hot breath escaped his lips that brushed lightly against her ear. She gasped as her body tingled with his close, hot touch. He wrapped his arms gently around her from behind, holding her close. “ Oh Howie, thank you so much for letting me stay here tonight.” She said, gripping tightly onto his strong arms. “No, thank you Melissa. I’m happy to have you stay here, and the more I get to know you, the happier I am.” He said, smiling as he gazed down into her beautiful eyes. Suddenly, they were both lost in each other’s eyes, their hearts beating fast in anticipation of what was about to happen. He loved her hazel eyes and the way her hair was blowing softly in the wind. She was lost deep into the wide, gorgeous eyes that were staring deep into her own. The moonlight gleamed down on them, lighting their faces slightly. Howie hesitated somewhat, debating what would be appropriate. He knew her fairly well now, and the moment just felt so right. They both leaned in and closed their eyes as their lips locked in a sweet, passionate kiss. Melissa slowly turned her body around and wrapped her arms behind Howie’s back as he stroked her hair and held her around her waist, pulling her closer to him. He kissed her slowly, gently, compassionately, brushing his soft sensuous lips against hers. She held onto him tightly, almost for support, as he stroked her hair with every yielding kiss. It seemed as if the kiss lasted forever, when Howie pulled gently away. “Well, sweetheart, I have a very early morning meeting with Kevin, so I think I should get to bed.” He said, still holding her close, their faces still only inches apart. “ I understand.” She said lovingly. “ I have to catch that flight back to DC for that interview tomorrow too, I should probably get some rest.” He kissed her lightly on her forehead and took her hand to lead her back into the condo. “ Well, goodnight…” she said kissing him on the cheek. “ If you need anything during the night, please don’t hesitate to let me know.” “ Thanks” she replied, still overwhelmed by his sweet personality as she slowly made her way back to the guest bedroom. " I think I might be the one who needs something tonight," Howie said as his eyes followed her walking back into the bedroom. He quickly shut the door behind him as he sat down on the bed. "What am I doing? I never let women get to me like this. I mean, they come and they go, that's why I've remained single all these years, I've seen what women have done to my friends. I can't be tied down, but everything seems so perfect with her..."he said as he fell back onto his pillow. "What the hell am I going to do?!" He said out loud, staring at the ceiling. "I just can't get her out of my head." "I know, can you believe it?! I can't believe I'm here, Oh my God! It feels all like a dream, he's such an angel and such a great guy, Rhonda. " Melissa could barely relate the story to her friends at home. "Well what are you doing calling us?Get off the phone and get in his bed!"Katrina demanded. "Well, don't think I wouldn't jump at the chance of that, but I don't know, it's different now, things have changed." Melissa replied. "Howie? It's quite simple Miss, he's gorgeous and he's a Backstreet Boy" Rhonda said. "I guess, but now he's soo...he's honest and beautiful... and sooo real." "Ok, I"m going to get a drink, I'll be real quiet so I don't wake her up. I just cannot sleep!" Howie said as he left his room and headed towards the kitchen that was right next to the extra bedroom. He swallowed a glass of ice water and glanced over towards her room. He saw that the door was cracked slightly. Curious, he walked slowly over to the door and peeked inside. He saw that the bathroom light was on and the water was running for a shower. He gasped as Melissa walked through the room into the bathroom wearing only her purple silk bra and panties. As she entered the bathroom she began to slowly undress unbuttoning her bra from behind as the steam consumed the mirrors. Howie took a step back, breathing hard from what he had just seen. |
