| Hi everyone! My name is Lisa. I live in Iowa with my Husband Mark and two rambunctious boys, Gregory 13 and Jeffrey 5 :) I am 37 right now currently but stroked in October 2000 at age 35. I work right now in healthcare. (My Hubby is also a Nurse) but my employer is going to be closing their doors soon. I found out this year that I also have Multiple Sclerosis :( I keep plugging on though. I just love it when someone in the medical field "just assumes something to be reality when it really isn't." My former Drs. believed that for 3 years my chest pains were just "anxiety attacks", prescribed me Valiums and sent me on my merry way. When I had finally had my fill of it. I went to a different hospital, low and behold, I needed 3 of my valves replaced! First this, then the stroke, then the MS, then the job thing!!! Can't win for losing I guess, lol.
