Chapter 1
    Jacob and I have been going out for a long time. We love each other very much. Jacob has always been there for me. Both of us tried out for O-Town, and we both made it. Tomorrow, we are leaving for Orlando, and we start touring in a month. Jacob is going to let me sleep over at his place tonight because we have to leave early in the morning for our flight.
*Ring, Ring*
    “Hello?” I ask.
    “Hey baby, you ready to leave yet?” Jacob asks in a sweet voice.
    “Yeah, I’m almost done packing. I should be done by the time you come over here,” I say.
    “Alright, I love you,” Jacob says.
    “I love you, too,” I say.
    My mom lets Jacob in, and he walks to my room.
    “I thought you would be done by now,” Jacob says sarcastically.
    “I’m almost done. Keep your pants on,” I say.
    Jacob wraps his arms around my waist, and he kisses my neck.
    “Alright, all done,” I say.
    “Good, let’s go,” Jacob says grabbing 2 of my bags. I take the other 2, and we walk downstairs. I set the bags down on the floor and walk over to my mom.
    “I’m going to miss you sweetie,” my mom says.
    “I’m going to miss you too, mom,” I say as a tear comes out of my eye. My mom pulls me into a hug, and then she pulls away and looks at Jacob.
    “Now, you take good care of her for me, ok sweetie?” my mom says hugging Jacob
    “I will, don’t worry,” Jacob says with a smile. “Ready?” Jacob asks looking at me.
    “Yeah,” I say. We grab my bags, and walk out the door. When we get to the car, we put the bags in Jacob’s trunk.
    “You sure you’re okay?” Jacob asks rubbing my back.
    “I’ll be fine,” I say.
    We get into Jacob’s car, and he drives to his house. I’m greeted by his family.
    “Hey Lacy!” Bryan yells as he runs out to me and gives me a hug.
    “Hey,” I say back.
    “Whoa! Easy bro, she’s mine,” Jacob says with a smile.
    I smile back at him, and we grab my bags. Jacob takes me to his room, and I put my bags down. He comes over to me and wraps his arms around me. He kisses my neck.
    “Dinner!” Jacob’s mom yells from downstairs.
    We go downstairs and eat. After we’re done, we go back up to Jacob’s room. I sit down on his bed, and watch him pack. He was looking really hot that night. He was wearing a blue bandana, blue t-shirt, and jeans with white tennis shoes. After he’s done packing, he comes and sits down beside me.
    “You want to go swimming?” Jacob asks.
    “Yeah, let me go change,” I say getting into my bag and getting my bikini. After I get changed, we walk down to the pool.
    “Cannonball!” Jacob yells as he jumps into the pool.
    I take my time getting in. Jacob swims over to me and pulls me in. We both smile at each other. He puts my arms around his neck, and then he puts his own around my waist. We both look into each other’s eyes. Jacob leans in, and he kisses my lips. We get cold after awhile, so we decide to go back up into Jacob’s room. We both take showers, and when Jacob’s comes out, he is wearing pj bottoms with no shirt. He gets into his bed with me and wraps his arm around me.
    “You alright?” Jacob asks.
    “I’m just thinking about the whole touring thing and about being away from my family,” I say.
    “It will be hard at first, but you’re going to have fun. You’ll see them before you know it,” Jacob says pulling me close to him. I smile at him, and slowly start to fall asleep. Jacob sets his alarm for 7:30 am and falls asleep. Early the next morning, the alarm goes off. Jacob hears it and turns it off. He rolls over and tries to get me up. I slowly open my eyes.
    “Rise and shine,” Jacob says with a smile.
    I smile back at him. He kisses my lips, and then we get our bags together. I get dressed and walk downstairs. Jacob’s mom drives up to the airport and we board our flight. When we get to Orlando, we go to our new house, and we wait for the rest of the guys to arrive. We see a van pull in and Ashley comes running out once he sees me.
    “Lacy!” Ashley yells as he runs towards me.
    “Omg, Ashley!” I yell as we hug.
    “How have you been?” Ashley asks.
    “Pretty good, and you?” I ask.
    “Shelli and I had problems,” Ashley says.
    “Oh, I’m sorry,” I say.
    Another van pulls in and Trevor, Dan, and Erik get out. When Trevor sees me, he does the exact same thing as Ashley did. We go inside our new home, which was pretty phat.
A Few Months Later...
    “It’s time to go!” Andrew shouts.
    I wasn’t feeling to good that night. We had just got done with our first month of touring. I pick up my bag and Jacob was standing there when I opened the door. I walk out the door and Jacob holds my hand as we walk out of the arena.
    “You feeling alright?” Jacob asks.
    “I’m just tired,” I say.
    We get on the bus and Jacob and I go and sit in the back on the bus. I rest my head on Jacob’s shoulder and fall asleep. He knew that I wasn’t feeling good at all. The next day, we were in another state doing the same show.
    “You have 30 minutes until showtime,” Andrew says.
    When the 30 minutes was up, it was showtime. We take our places on the stage, and the curtain falls. I was feeling worse than the night before. After the show was done, we walked off the stage. The tour managers give us all a bottle of water.
    “The was an awesome show!” Jacob says to Ashley. Jacob looks around for me and sees me falling to the floor. He runs over to me.
    “Someone call 911!” Ashley yells running over to me also.
    “Let’s take her over to the couch,” Jacob says to Ashley. They both lift me up, and gently place on me on the couch. I was in a daze. Jacobs puts his hands on both sides of my face.
    “Lacy, stay awake. Look at me,” Jacob says looking into my eyes.
    I try to keep my eyes open, but they get too heavy. Jacob holds my hand.
    “Come on, Lacy, stay awake,” he says again.
    I close my eyes. Dan, Erik, Trevor, and Ashley stand there not knowing what else they could do. The ambulance arrives, and the paramedics rush in. They place an oxygen mask on my face and take me out to the ambulance. The guys follow behind in a van. They arrive at the hospital just as they were taking me in. They wait in the waiting room for the doctor. Two hours pass by, and the doctor walks out.
    “Are you Jacob?” he asks.
    “Yes, is she alright?” Jacob asks.
    “She’ll be fine. She passed out from doing so much at one time. Has she been eating well balanced meals?” the doctor asks.
    “Well, actually, none of us can with rehearsing so much. We eat a lil here and a lil there,” Ashley says.
    “Well, just try to eat enough to get you through the performances. You guys can go in and see her now,” the doctor says.
    The guys get up and walk into the room that they had put me in. Jacob sits down beside me on the bed, and holds my hand. I open my eyes and look at him.
    “I thought that maybe we had lost you there for a second,” Jacob says looking back into my eyes. Jacob kisses my lips and thinks to himself 'I almost lost her'.
