If you were a rose-I'd smell you all day

With no words spoken-with nothing to say.

If you were a star-I would stare all night

And witness your shine-so sweet and bright.

If you were a blanket-I'd cuddle for hours

And feel you so close-get tranced in your powers.

If you were a suitcase-I'd carry my love

You'd stay in my hand-just like a glove.

If you were a painting-you'd hang on my wall

So full of pride-so strong and tall.

If you were time-I'd stand you still

And give you my future-for you to fill.

If you were a pill-I'd swallow you sweetly

And you'd melt in my stomach-so warm,so neatly.

If you were a pool-I'd swim in your being

And drown myself-as my heart was pleaing.

If you were worthy-I'd express my pleasure

I'd write a poem-of my worthy treasure.
