Times get hard-and the silver lining fades

And dreams can awake-as trouble invades.

People talk-and critisice

But keep your head up-and realize.

Everyone's life-has up's and down's

And everyone cries-as laughter drowns.

When night appears-and goals seem too far

Beneath our God-shines his star.

So the World is never-too dark to see

All the Treasures-and Treasures to be.

No matter how hard-it seems today

Misery only visits-it doesn't stay.

Focus on the good-and know who you are

And look up to the sky-and wish on that star.
