Faceless Grey Child
Faceless Grey child no Identity no name
A silent testament of anger and shame
No candles are burning no prayers have been said
After all you’re beaten, neglected and forgotten not dead
But they can rest easy and be of good cheer
For though you are broken and twisted by pain
They cry with immunity never again
Oh faceless grey child your life is a mess
How do you cope with the torment and stress?
Hold up you head and look at the light
Smother the horrors of darkness and night
Faceless grey child of sorrow and pain
Scream to the world NEVER AGAIN
A heart that is wounded and broken and lost
Perhaps it will be mended but at what bitter cost
