To ensure prompt arrival and correct time of set-up, ALL contracts must be signed and dated and returned back to Sweet's By the Bay promptly.

If paperwork is
NOT returned as instructed it will be assumed that our services will NOT be needed. Sweet's By the Bay & Catering will NOT be responsible if these requests are not met.

$50.00 deposit is required for all events unless waived by Sweet's By the Bay.

All remaining food is available to the party planner. It will be asked of that you sign a waiver stating that you do not hold Sweet's By the Bay responsible for any food after we have left the event. You are responsible for any  packaging (zip-locks,bowls ect).

Any other foods that are brought in from another source are
not our responsibility. We are only responsible for the items that we have agreed to cater.
